Your data is not safe
It is not private! Your data ain’t private anymore. You may wish to be, but it isn’t. Why? Because you didn’t read the Terms and Conditions right? Yep, me neither.
In this day and age, however, there is still hope. There is a service that will help you secure your own data with a key that only you have. One key to rule them all. This service is pCloud.
They’ve built an amazing cloud storage allowing you to lay back and relax while your data is safe. Rest assured, this is not an easy feat. It requires mastery at collaboration and teamwork in addition to state-of-the-art technology.

Tunio Zafer, CEO of pCloud
Q: In your opinion, what is the team characteristic that has the most impact on the effectiveness of collaboration inside a team?
A: Understanding of company and individuals goals from everyone in the team, deep trust and respect in every colleague. There are many other important characteristics but these are the most valuable.
Q: In your experience, what is the number one mistake that teams make that saps their effectiveness as a team?
A: Misunderstanding in company objectives and goals. This will put the whole team in a state of low effectiveness even they are trying to work harder and harder.
Q: How many teams do you currently work with/in?
A: In pCloud there are 4 based on current projects.
Tunios Tips on better collaboration:
1. Ask questions… a lot of questions… not only for the current tasks. Try to be informed of every detail related to the projects, related to the people in your team.
2. Fix the objectives and goals and find out what people really want to do, what are their passions and find ways to point them to the goals.
3. Get your hands dirty – be the one that spends the most time in the actual work on the goals.
